Metabolism for Muscles: in-person stretch & snack session

What you need to know: Use your metabolism to maximize your workout results. Join us for a full-body flow that’s appropriate for all levels. We’ll incorporate the biology of why we need specific movements in EVERY workout, and cool down with a discussion on how to re-fuel post-workout to see the best progress in your fitness. We’ll also build a “recovery meal” together at the end of the workshop so you can snack for success!
Where you need to be: 10am (EST) at Perry Park: 355 Washington St, Somerville MA 02143

What you need to bring: Your mat, water bottle, and reusable bowl + spoon/fork! Snacks will be provided (see survey on sign-in for snack options, including vegan options!)
